About the Calligraphy and Lettering Arts Society

The Calligraphy and Lettering Arts Society exists to promote the study, practice and teaching of the subject in all its forms and to generate awareness and appreciation among the widest public. The Society is a charity registered with the Charity Commission No. 1046526 and is therefore a properly constituted, non profit organisation. It belongs to its members each of whom have equal voting rights.

Calligraphy and Lettering Arts Society Lifetime Achievement Award

In recognition for service to calligraphy, the highest standards of work, and the support and help that she has given over many years to others making their way in the world of calligraphy, the Calligraphy and Lettering Arts Society recognized Gaynor Goffe, Honoured Fellow of CLAS, with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
