Marlene Gray

Born and bred in America with a BA in Design from UCLA. Made a permanent move to England in 1990, and began juggling family life and calligraphy. My training has been through workshops, certificates of competence and intensive summer schools; I have worked my way up the CLAS Ladder of Progress from the Intermediate Diploma in 2003 to Fellowship in 2007. I teach workshops, work to commission for private clients, and am active on the CLAS committee. Too many interests but never enough time!
